- optimization of ongoing work processes: creation and improvement of email templates, reports and dashboards in the CRM system "Salesforce" - programming of legal documents using Microsoft Visual Basic, Word field functions and Excel - professional leadership, training of employees - development of strategies for process optimization - preparation of legal documents - appeal justifications and court statements - evaluation of first- and second-instance judgments including advisory consultation with clients

- integration of individuals with intellectual disabilities as well as substance use disorders, including people with a criminal background - examination of medical conditions, focusing on schizophrenia and substance use disorders - case management, particularly the recording of court orders (reviewing judicial judgments, liaising with probation officers)

- support with transitioning from paper to digital records, Digitization and capture of patient data into electronic systems - collaboration in organizing and coordinating workflows for efficient utilization of digital record-keeping technology

Special activities: participation in a case competition between students from Michigan University, America and students from the free university of Berlin to develop case solution and improve presentation skills Focus: Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility, corporate collaboration and innovation management
