Project: "Deployment of Airbus/KNAI New Pricing Model for France south" Role: Project responsible Activities: o Analysis of the existing Inbound & Outbound processes o Definition of how the volumes should be measured in each warehouse of France South perimeter o Automatisation of the data processing (SAP + MS Access + Excel) o Selling of the methodology to Airbus o Training of the technicians responsible for providing the data

Consulting for Airbus A350 Lead Time Reduction Project, based on the work done for the A380 program. In Airbus Toulouse (France) and Hamburg (Germany)

Project: A380 Lead Time Reduction Project for Airbus Role: Responsible for Process Modeling (5 consultants part time on the subject) and transfer to Airbus planners. Activities: o Targets definition & cascade o Formalization of most of A380 process with SIPOC and GANTT (interviews, workshops and VSM organisation) o Development of a mapping tool “macro based” and deployment within the project team and Airbus planners o Set up of a variability management system for A380 program.

Project: Deployment of SAP in LACROIX Defense for all activities Activities: o Finalisation of processes via experts interviews o Creation of the training material

• Project: TURBOMECA logistic processes improvement & new transport providers deployment. • Role: Support to TURBOMECA project leader and leader on the redefinition of some processes (e.g. logistic bill control, delivery to new destination...) •Activities : o Key users interviews & field analysis (DILO, VSM) for key processes o Definition of To-Be processes o Users trainings to deploy of new processes o Management of weekly reviews with the new transport providers (e.g. DB Schenker, UTI)

Project: Full SAP deployment for Pierre FABRE Dermo-Cosmetiques • Role: As part of the SAP project team, Change Manager for the Quality Control Laboratories on 2 different plants. • Activities: o Creation of training material and user manuals o Training organization (40 persons) o Follow-up and operational support during 4 months o KPI definition, development and deployment (via queries and infosets)

Project: Industrial Process optimization with LEAN approach within the Electrical Systems Business Unit Role: Project and Change management on organization, processes and IT – 150 persons concerned Activities: o Project management o Interviews to map As-Is and To Be processes (LEAN tools: VSM, DILO, 5S, …) o Process efficiency analysis o Writing of functional specifications for a tool allowing the communication between workshop operators and engineers
