I (as a technical leader) am responsible to lead team and manage systems with delivering planning, designing, implementing, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting for technical solutions and customer satisfactions (i.e. Microsoft Active Directory services 2012/2016/2019, Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019, Microsoft SkypeFB 2015/2019/Teams, Azure, Enterprise Vault 12, Fileorbis file server,etc.)

I am responsible to manage major events and computer systems with providing operating, troubleshooting, and reporting for technical solutions (i.e. Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (including Server Roles), Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016, Microsoft Lync/Skype Server 2010/2013/2015, Microsoft Failover Cluster, Veritas Enterprise Vault 10/11/12, Symantec Endpoint Protection 12/13/14, McAfee ePO 4/5).

I am responsible to manage systems and to provide transition systems with delivering designing, implementing, installing, and configuring for technical solutions. (i.e. Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Microsoft Lync&Skype 2010/2013/2015, System Center CM/OM 2012/2016, Enterprise Vault 10/11/12, Vmware ESX 5.x/6.x)

I am responsible to manage of Microsoft, Symantec, Solaris Systems (i.e. Domain, System Center, Messaging, Mail Archiving, and Unix Systems) such as Management of Active Directory Domain, DNS, DHCP, TS, SCOM, SCCM, Lync, Sharepoint, Symantec Enterprise Vault, and Solaris Systems. Besides that I also provide virtual and hardware support. These support consists of Microsoft Hyper-V and Vmware ESX Virtulizations, and also configuration of HP, Dell, and IBM Servers.

This firm was in education sector. I had worked at system and network department as a system and network trainer for a year. I attended some educations related system and network topics. After that I gave some courses related Installing, Management and Configuration of Microsoft Client and Server Systems, and Exchange Systems, Hyper-V, HP Proliant Servers, and Cisco Devices.
