•Support senior mechanics with diagnostics and troubleshooting •Perform oil changes, brake servicing, and basic repair •Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness

• Supporting technicians and engineers during daily production work •Learning basic machining processes like cutting, milling, welding, and assembly • Reading and understanding technical drawings and helping with simple design tasks • Observing machine operation and learning how to adjust settings safely • Assisting with maintenance tasks such as inspections, lubrication, and replacing worn parts • Taking part in quality checks and documenting measurements or defects
