Leadership for a team of software developers responsible for the Firmware Development for Thin Clients, Desktop, Workstation and Server Systems.

Responsibility for the Quality Assurance of Factory Operations in Augsburg. In addition to System Assembly (full product portfolio) and Electronic Manufacturing this responsibility includes Supplier Quality operations. Part of the team is based in China.

Responsibility for the Production Quality of the Supply Operation Production in Augsburg. Both System Assembly (full product portfolio) and Systemboard Manufacturing. Management responsibility for a team of engineers in the different manufacturing areas.

Project Management for Product Supply Operations - Production (SO P). Representative for all global aspects within SO P Augsburg. SO P member in the “Supply Chain PRIMERGY USA” project and resulting Globalization activities.

Project Management for cross sectional projects within Workplace System (WPS) R&D. Special focus were non-WPS products developed using WPS processes.

Responsible for a team of 5 employees working on infrastructure technologies for workplace systems. Hardware based Manageability (iAMT/DASH), network architectures and Zero Client technology (PanoLogic).

Responsible for a team of at max 29 employees. System engineering is responsible as Technical Project Management for all notebook platforms throughout their entire product lifecycle: from product definition until product end-of-life. International relationships with OEM and ODM suppliers and Fujitsu Japan. Starting from Business Notebooks and later integrating Consumer Notebooks into the same organization.

Establishing Tablet PC Product Management including the integration of the colleagues from the acquired Fujitsu Pen Systems. Building up and maintaining a Tablet PC sales force. Profit&Loss responsibility for this product segment. Starting from a single person structure and evolving into team leadership for an entire team.

Responsible for a team of engineers responsible for Wireless Technologies, Components and Accessories. Full responsibility for all technical aspects of these fields associated with the Notebook Development. Team responsibility of a team of up to 7 engineers.

HW, SW and RF responsibility for Wireless topics (Bluetooth & WLAN), Company representative in European Development Initiative (ITEA) and for Bluetooth
