I coordinate and develop programmes to help promote Intellectual Property training and education for the EU27. I also coordinate the efforts of our service known as the IPR Helpdesk - a free consultancy service for all SMEs seeking assistance or support on all aspects of Patents, Copyright, Trademarks, and all other forms of IP. I was the multi-lingual communicator and liason with prospective clients for a Mergers & Acquisitions company. I communicate with prospective clients in a variety of languages, an act as a front-end sales broker for M & A opportunities – this includes legal and financial criteria review to persuade clients.

I coordinated supply chain processes and designed packaging artwork for this pharmaceutical company to over 60 countries around the world and provided support to Manufacturing Sites. I wrote Standard Operating Procedures for Maintenance of Mac equipment as well as advising on the development of a new workflow management database.
