Among other things, in this role I managed multiple learning and development initiatives end-to-end, including needs analysis, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery for global teams. I also designed and facilitated onboarding training, manager workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen capability development across the global e-sports organization.

In this role, I strategically reviewed scientific literature to be used in future doctoral research on the use of augmented reality in educational settings.

In this role, I assisted doctoral students in research with conversational agents and open educational resources, and independently helped to design educational resources in development of an online course on hybrid learning.

In this role, I served as the primary point of public contact and project management, leading daily operations, coordinating training logistics, and designing, developing and delivering learning workshops to educate Jamaican children and adults about their kidney health.

- Assisted in supervising and preparing daily activities in a classroom specifically assigned to 3-3½ year-olds, e.g. educational games, dramatic play, and arts and craft stencils. - Supervised the learning circle, i.e. sessions in which concepts are introduced through stories, puppetry, reading circles, music and percussion.

- Practiced oral language skills with students, aged 11-14 years, alongside teachers in the classroom. - Helped with and suggested entertaining, age-appropriate educational activities. - Prepared teaching materials and provided personal tutoring for students. - Took part in cultural exchange projects .

- Led training sessions in Microsoft PowerPoint, and its use within global brand standards, with Managers, Administrative Assistants and other professionals. - Worked collaboratively with others, and regularly coached less experienced team members through preparation of branded marketing documents. - Assisted in the logistics coordination of marketing events, including representation of the company, and consulted with client personnel out of office.
