Prior to that, I wrote the acclaimed JMP Scripting Guide for JMP version 4, and I remain a recognized expert in the JMP scripting language.

I started as a tech writer (I wrote the original FASTAT manual, and revised the well-regarded SYSTAT and SYGRAPH 5 manuals) and then became QA Manager after several years.
