Mainly responsible for Central, Eastern and Northern European countries - Advising and supporting customers from the inquiry to the delivery - Managing customer expectations - Coordinating multiple projects - Managing tripartite businesses - Issuing quotations in collaboration with the Sales Manager - Planning and organising deliveries worldwide - Pricing & calculation for special custom-built models - Supporting the key account manager in every department - Managing and training of new employees

Primary duties included: - Managing the book keeping - Cashpool monitoring and entry of the bank receipts - Responsible for the month-end-closing - Supported the CFO with the monthly reporting & yearly consolidation - Updated monthly statistics about the development of the business units - Supported the CFO Assistant with organizing corporate events and meetings - Compilation and publication of the internal news - Preparing correspondence and reports - Managing files, records and documents
