Berufserfahrung von Erol Akca
In June 2006, I joined IBM as CSR in the EMEA CRM team. The first 14 months were spent in a costumer facing support role, mainly in the technical oriented First Level Support and afterwards 12 months as QS. Since October 2008 I am working as IGA EMEA Quality & Training Lead. I coordinate and lead of a virtual teams in different geographical locations, develop and maintain innovative ideas to support business. Additional to it I assist and contribute to short, medium, and long term projects in IBM.
