Handling of high technology equipment (physicochemical and rheological characterization, drying technologies, emulsification, among others). • Design and execution of projects with direct impact on the food industry (dairy, palm, ingredients). • Supplier management, budget, databases, inventory, research management (reporting and presentation of results)
