Currently I’m Country Leader for Global Business Services (GBS) in IBM Ukraine. I’m leading GBS Team of more than 100 professionals including Business and Engagement Managers, Project and Delivery Managers, Engineers and responsible for challenging business objectives in terms of Signing/Revenue/Profit growths covering multiple Industry and Clients at Country Level. Focusing on Business Development and improving operational efficiency.

In this role I was responsible for oversee management of IBM top clients’ relationship, overall project delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the projects are on strategy, on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for managing the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions. Engaged with clients in discussions of the business situation and strategy. Worked with the business users for defining the project scope and timelines. Created and executed project plans and manage cross-functional project teams across multiply geographies, solution practices and business domains.

The role was to oversee project management of clients’ relationships within the Banking and Finance Services.
