Worked with both Consultants & Director in fulfilling search roles; managed key account single-handedly for the recruitment of professional roles predominantly in the Energy sector (Chemicals & Additives, Food Ingredients & Flavors, Oil & Gas, Agriculture and Animal / Nutrition & Health) within the SEA and China markets. Develop various industry expertise and build candidate database through extensive market research and networking.

Involved in Standard Operating Environment Project (SOE) at Hewlett-Packard. Ensure delivered services requests for whole SOE project, resolved or escalated to other support staff/vendors in a timely manner within SLA. Generate and review Life Cycle report for daily planning and monthly statistics on incidences and service request, and generate the necessary performance indicator/management reports.
