- Fully understand the components of Samsung phones and iPhones and produce a part-by-part inspection standard manual for inspectors. - Communicate with the leaders in charge of each components and share issues and solutions to the manager. - Provide vendor feedback on components and manage issues. - Communicate with the production line to prioritise the components required for the company's production to be inspected first. - Support managing over 70 inspectors.
