Responsible for the Project Portfolio Planning process of the German project portfolio; involvement in the approval process for the German project portfolio, reporting to senior management and headquarters; supporting project managers in applying the project management methodology and templates and offering project consultancy. PMO for the "PALOMA" project where an official process metrix for General Insurance processes was developed and implemented.

Involvement in the Project Management Office for the implementation of the Internal Control Framework (ICF) and assistant to project lead.

Applied in several departments during semester breaks (mainly in the press department, TV and radio stations) as assistant or clerk

Among other tasks in the acounts payable department the main task was the responsibility for the cash desk where employees got advanced payment in case of business trips etc. This includes the procurement of foreign and local currencies and restocking the cash desk with cash.
