Highlights: - Controlling the receivables I was in charge of 1500 credit customers. My biggest achievement: I created a report for analyzing credit limit absorption and an overdue analyzing report which enabled everybody involved in a credit control project to manage a risk on proper level. That earned very favorable opinions from my General Director and Business Director as making life easier for them.

Highlights: - Cost analysis and control of costs discipline My biggest achievement: I created a report for in-company budget control over marketing projects, which enabled everybody involved in a particular project to keep up to date as concerns the project`s status – the stage of implementation, possible deviations from the original plan. That earned very favorable opinions from a lot of staff as making life easier for them.

Highlights: - Controlling the receivables My biggest achievement: I introduced weekly system of reporting receivables to the sales department, split into receivables overdue and receivables due by the end of the month.. I managed to cut the percentage of receivables overdue from 25% down to 7%. Because of my initiative DSO was cut from 65 down to 54 days. The effectiveness of these actions was much appreciated both by my colleagues from other departments and by the head of DAP Department.
