Fabio Bertone

As the VP of Professional Services and Partner Enablement at Poq, I lead the division that delivers app commerce solutions to clients across EMEA, USA, and ANZ. With over 8 years of experience in the mobile industry, I have a strong background in mobile strategy, multichannel customer experience, and eCommerce. I joined Poq in 2019 as the Head of Professional Services, after leading the EMEA Professional Services team at Kony, Inc., a global leader in enterprise mobility and digital applications. On these roles, I managed large-scale projects for clients in banking, telco, media, and retail sectors. I also hold an MBA from ESCP Europe, an MEng from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a degree in computer engineering from Politecnico di Torino. My passion is to bridge the gap between technology and human needs, and to empower teams and clients with innovative solutions.
