Worked on following projects: 16 Gbit 48 nm Multi Level Floating Gate Flash chip: Helped in modeling the device using SystemC. Contributed to the concept development phase of microcontroller architecture for FLASH devices and implemented it with VHDL. Set up synthesis and STA with constraints for the digital blocks. Also supported the test engineers for the µC characterization 8Gbit 48 nm Single Level Floating Gate Flash chip: Modeled the µC in SystemC. Then verified the µC using systematic regression env.
