• Development and documentation of project ideas, plans and profiles with the departments • Development and optimization of cross-company standards, processes and tools with regard to project and resource management • Operational support of projects • Training of project managers and employees in project methodologies and project reporting • Ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the departments involved in the project • Maintenance and controlling of the project portfolio management tool, etc.

• Documentation, implementation and updating of controls within the corresponding IT system for the Shared Service Centre and preparation of reports. • Co-responsible for the identification of process and control gaps and the associated development of a concept for their identification. • Responsible for the gap identification and proper implementation of Monitor recommendations according to fixed timelines, etc.

• Identified obstacles for applications and recommended how to circumvent them. • Identified communication gaps and limitations and recommended how to improve. • Identified relevant marketing channels and how to use them. • Improved current marketing materials (website contents, flyers, etc.).

• Coordinating and executing full lifecycle projects locally and internationally •Scheduling, allocating resources, tasks; monitoring, controlling; handling change, risks, priorities, deadlines • Analysing data & preparing recommendations • Ensuring project follows standardization, project portfolio management & KPIs implementation • Connecting with different cross-functional teams; managing scrum meetings • Contributing to project’s policy, strategy improvement, planning phase with managers & stakeholders
