Translating the product descriptions from English and German to Italian. Acting as a Customer Support Assistant replying to customers’ phone calls, emails and social media messages in German, Spanish and Italian.

The goal of my internship at Kusi Warma was to improve the institutional image of the Lima-based NGO in order to appeal to potential European sponsors. In order to do so, my role was to improve the NGO’s communication strategy through a new design of the internet site (which I also translated from Spanish to English and German) with Wordpress, and the creation of a Twitter and Facebook account with the aim to establish a significant presence on social media.

I worked in Saint Petersburg, Russia as an intern for a project organized by the international student organization AIESEC. I worked as part of an international team on the organization of various cultural and language events. The writing of a cultural blog and the organization of cultural events aimed to promote acceptance and intercultural collaboration.
