I am responsible for defining and implementing the strategic direction within the Heavy Industry and Steel sector for Dana Industrial. I additionally have Business Development responsibilities with a particular focus on the German market.

Main task is to lead the implementation of the product training program and systems for cross-training the commercial teams on the extended product portfolio and its commercial applications after Brevini acquisition. Daily activities range from face-to-face training sessions, as well as developing online tools for self training and virtual classrooms, and the review of the technical and promotional documentation together with Product Planning and Marketing.

Responsible and coordinator of the Sales Region’s activities to guarantee the fulfillment of the Sales strategy / target and turnover / profitability / customer satisfaction.

Area gestita: Europa continentale da Scandinavia a ex Yugoslavia, area Balcanica, UK/Eire e Israele (ca 21 Paesi). L’area rappresenta ca il 20% del fatturato globale dell’ Azienda. Coordinamento di un team di 5 pp (backoffice + tecnico commerciale) + referente definizione e sviluppo nuovi prodotti presso R&D. Gestione di Clienti diretti, Key Account e Filiale in Romania, + scouting nuovi Clienti

Coordinamento di un team di 3 pp + referente commerciale presso ufficio Tecnico e Project Management. L’attività consisteva nell’accoglimento delle richieste tecnico-commerciali da parte del Cliente Italferr, nella traduzione in progetti esecutivi, e nella redazione e discussione presso il Cliente delle relative offerte.

Ingegnere di pista e tecnologo Camp. Mondiale e Camp. Italiano Supermoto. Responsabile prototipazione, sviluppo e industrializzazione prodotti racing. L’attività di sviluppo era svolta sia tramite test indoor, sia test in ciruito. L’attività sui campi di gara prevedeva il supporto tecnico ai piloti Metzeler.

Ricerca Applicata: gestione Progetto Eureka!; analista e sviluppatore SW/HW test indoor/outdoor.
