Some of my main responsibilities include: • Perform hands-on talent acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive recruitment efforts including role briefings, initial assessments, interviews and tracking of relevant KPIs. • Manage the external identification process for hard- to- fill positions and positions of strategic importance for the PUMA Headquarter, from defining the needs with the hiring manager to finding the best external candidates.
