In this position I support the financial controlling department and the Supervisory Board with economic and financial analysis necessary for the operational and strategic management of the company and it's business units. Focus is to ensure transparency of corporate functions primary costs and their allocations to the business. Besides the analysis of corporate segment actual results I manage it's forecasting process. The redesign and management of corporate's budgeting process is a further key topic.

Professional position as Business Process Manager in SGL's Service Center Finance Europe. In this role I supported the accounting departments with IT, project & process management skills. I was responsible for leveraging organizational, improvement & IT projects. In addition I was responsible for reporting and consolidation tasks for several European entities. This role required professional qualifications of SAP, BI and an existing knowledge of internal processes as well as project & process management.
