Felix Jakob

As Global Director of Technology and Research, I accepted the key role during the integration phase of the merger of AKKA Technologies and Modis into the new brand Akkodis. In this role, I was responsible for consolidating the various research activities into a unified global research organization. Leveraging my previous experience, I successfully established a global research organization spanning France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and Romania. I also initiated new initiatives in Australia and USA.

As the responsible person for R&D, driven by my passion for new technologies, a strong business plan was crafted to secure funding for research activities. This drive led to the successful launch of the first European project in 2016. Subsequently, an innovation plan was developed and executed, resulting in the establishment of a dedicated research unit. The research focus encompassed key areas such as autonomous driving, quantum computing, Industry 4.0, smart charging, IoT, validation, and AI.
