I started as trainee, from February to July 2002. My job was in Human Resources Evaluation and Development, reporting directly to the HR Director: 1. Recruitment & Selection; 2. Implementation of a performance appraisal system; 3. Job description and analysis; 4. Professional training (organization and follow-up); 5. Administrative processes (including pay-roll procedures); 6. Human Resources Development studies and reports.
