• Support with the analysis, due diligence and evaluation of infrastructure private equity opportunities • Among others, assistance in the analysis and valuation of a portfolio of wind farms in the U.S., an emergency response and rescue service provider in the North Sea and a global solar PV platform

• Support with the development of pitches (preparation of the equity story, share price analysis, peer group analysis) • Preparation of the valuation of companies based on DCF (discounted cash flows), CCA (comparable company analysis) and CTA (comparable transactions analysis)

• Development of a detailed business plan for a planned joint venture in Zimbabwe and assistance in a market study in preparation of a tender offer related to refineries in Persian Gulf countries
