The Internship assists me in gaining experience and knowledge in the day to day operations of the airport in the departures section which includes the checking in of passengers and their baggage, providing customer care services to passengers as well as maintaining the safety and security of the passenger.

Provided administrative support to the school acting as a liaison between the school and the students and parents. Daily tasks included filing of student records as well as staff meetings, receiving and invoicing payments, keeping stock of office equipment

I prepared reservations for guests catering to groups or individuals, checking in of guests, coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to hotel company policies
