Directly responsible for ensuring that the Business Unit meets the delivery and quality standards required by Customers and delivers the financial performance required by shareholders. Main activities: • Manage and lead the Business Unit Team • Responsible for all communication with the Customer • Responsible of the on time and in full delivery achieving zero ppm reject rate • Deliver the required annual budget and performance plan • Lead the Functional Managers • Provide a monthly report for the GM

Main Activities: • Identify and promote development opportunities • Take responsibility for all communication with the Customer representatives in the normal course of business development • Deliver to the Customer Bid / RFQ / RFP requirements on time, respecting the Customers bid pre-conditions • Direct negotiation with Customer • Participation to trade shows to promote the Business; • Deliver the performance required by the annual budget and performance plan

Flat Product Division (DWU) - Responsible of a project portfolio of 110Mio€ Main activities: • Contract Analysis and Execution • Main Reference Contact for Customers • Project follow-up in (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipment, erection and commissioning) • Monitoring of project budget and time schedule, keeping the cost of every project/work package within the assigned budget • Coordination of the activities of Danieli workshops worldwide (Italy, China and Thailand). • Change Order Management
