Participated on the implementation of the BP Refining Process template, took part in the routine maintenance & Turnaround Organizations cutover process and supported the Turnaround Organization on the preparation of the first turnaround held after SAP R3 Go-Live. Take part of the team in charge of a BP initiative to improve its preventive maintenance & inspection programs. Developed supported by a web programmer the SAP knowledge Portal for BP Rotterdam Refinery

Start as part of team in charge of define maintenance processes, evaluate and implement the CMMS. Participated in the Upgrader start-up & Commissioning, that included bidding and planning of Major Maintenance. Lead the SAP Gap analysis according of Total Template, business blueprint, recruit & build the team and re-configuration of SAP R3. Conduct a project to define the asset integrity & reliability platform

Fulfilled several routine maintenance and turnaround related functions at the Amuay Refinery. From Contract Administrator and Routine Maintenance Planner where estimated, scheduled & provided resources for an average of 5K activites/year. Lead the revamp & Turnaround of diverse units as Desintegration Catalytic, Flexicraking, Alkilation, Sulfur and other distillation and service units. Defined the functional specs to automate work risk prevention based on a behavioral system.
