Led several projects across Media and Telco players in Italy and Middle East, including cost restructuring within an international news broadcaster in Qatar, mobile innovation projects assessment for a leading mobile telco in Turkey, digital business development program at a global scale with Accenture global Head of Digital for CMT, Carve-out programs launch and roll-out for leading Telcos in Italy
