Modelling the business cost allocation into the SAP - PCM (EPM - Enterprise Performance Manager tool for Profit and Cost Management)

Modelling the methodology (TDABC / ABC in SAP – PCM module and Acorn Systems)

Creation, development and implementation in divisional area of a management model that includes product costing (nearly ABC model), operational costs control, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and pricing.

Responsible for activities related with the controller function: Period end Closing; Cost center control; Intercompany invoicing; Responsible for the inventory activities; Material management – Bill of Material deviations analyse; Responsible for the economical plan and its control; Responsible for the Balanced Scorecard; Deviations analyse; Reporting; Organization and booking documents related to the controller activities.

Controller in product calculation; Investment projects; Reporting area; Coordinator for the debit to suppliers process; Calculation and deviation analyse for two product family as for its offer calculations; Inputting and data maintenance related to the economical plan its control and calculation; Transfer price; Month End Closing and Period End Closing activities; Support in transport freights calculation.
