I manage diverse device fleets, building systems for quick issue resolution using visualized performance data. I automate certificate renewals and contribute to endpoint verification. My focus is web apps for edge gateway management, simplifying onboarding and using digital twin tech. I evaluate gateways, define tests, develop upgrades paths, and create documentation. I co-design automated workflows for secure remote device password sharing.

• Mainly responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and release of IoT and Edge applications that run the services for an unattended intelligent Kiosk that relies on communication with the Backend by means of the Google Cloud IoT Core to sell products. Stack used: Python; Java; MQTT; Linux; IoT Core • Design, development, and maintenance of endpoints for the IoT services. Stack used: Typescript; Nestjs; JavaScript; RabbitMQ; GraphQL; MongoDB

- Established and monitored timelines in association with indoors and outdoors wireless products launches - Lead a team of Wireless and software engineer in reaching product goals such as LTE solution deployment and firmware delivery for CPE - Identified customers’ unmet potential by deploying a software that uses TR69 protocol to determine what’s the best location and type of CPE per area, and also troubleshooting the issues reported

- Created analytical reports and dashboards with Power BI and MS Excel to depict critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) about the mobile network - Developed applications in Python to automate optimization process as plotting points on a google earth file from a table in a CSV file, transfer files from/to a FTP server, and generating scripts files for 2G, 3G, and 4G nodes - Provided outstanding technical support to clients through presentations about issues reported

- Defined, developed and implemented firmware validation test plans and test content - Collaborated with teams from different departments as marketing, network optimization, and network operation center to drive their validation plans and strategy - Reviewed, tracked, documented test results, and sightings on a laboratory to evaluate the CPE performance before it was released to the market

- Performed troubleshooting to system failures and worked to find long-lasting solutions - Developed complex macros in Excel through the use of Visual Basic to generate scripts for the 4G nodes

Web platform to observe and control the status of a sinusoid inverter for my bachelor thesis. I had to use HTML, CSS, PHP, Apache, Arduino, C++, and MySQL to contribute to this project.
