Key responsibilities: - Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers; - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts; - Forecast and track key account metrics; - Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities: - Manage the design and execution of the existing loyalty programme whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow; - Extract, analyse and interpret data from different sources to enable data visualisation and translate findings into simple actionable insights; - Manage strategic customer projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget; - Support marketing objectives to create a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities: - Communicate and organize with team members to increase the company's outreach; - Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project; - Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behaviour; - Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company.
