Administer, configure and optimize the global ITSM system (BMC Remedy), lead global IT process initiatives, adapt ITIL processes to business needs, analyze and digitalize processes, design and deliver training, onboard and develop team members, ensure platform stability, and coordinate Digital Workplace reengineering projects.
