Sourced, negotiated and conducted various start-up and fund investments (incl. Xarion Laser Acoustics, 3Yourmind, ammune.ai, Ascend Elements, UVC), served board mandates of external and internal ventures, drove numerous evaluation and due diligence processes. TRUMPF's venture portfolio grew to 11 start-ups and 2 fund investments within the first 4 years. Professionalized investment process achieving best-in class audit results and grew visibility of TRUMPF's venture capital activities in the ecosystem.

Defined TRUMPF innovation strategy following an open innovation approach, including various instruments such as Technology Scouting, Intrapreneuring and Corporate Venture Capital. Established access to European and US start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Launched TRUMPF's first CVC unit (TRUMPF Venture GmbH) including approval for the first EUR 40m venture fund.

Management of consulting projects in the logistics industry, finance industry and public sector. For example: • Led a 2-member team in defining a 5-years strategy for an internal $300 million IT service provider • Development of a digitization strategy for core business processes of a public sector agency with a focus on realization and change management • Planned and coordinated the setup of a captive IT shared service center for a global logistics company by merging several independent IT departments
