I coordinate an interdisciplinary academic program, which will accompany an upcoming opera production. My role serves as an interface between academic, artistic, and organizational partners. It includes advising on Jewish themes and related questions throughout the production and festival, as well as coordinating and organizing different academic classes revolving around the opera's topic.

Co-leading a team of Talent Strategy Partners to build robust, inclusive pipelines for critical leadership and technical roles. I serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, transforming talent management into a data-backed driver for sustainable growth.

Acted as a cross-border consultant for the EMEA Operations & Quality network, advising senior leaders on high-volume and specialized hiring strategies with a focus on diversity and fair assessment and facilitating end-to-end hiring into global leadership roles.

In my role, I am helping the business to understand the talent market, and I support talents to see where they can create the best impact with their competencies and skills. Doing this across cultures and in several languages inspires me! My focus areas are Finance & Procurement. I also volunteer as a coach on "coping skills" at the Roche Career Center (RCC).

Co-led the "Innovation Incubator" and Early in Career (EiC) team, overseeing global recruitment for Interns, PhDs, PostDocs, and Trainee Programs while piloting agile HR operating models.

Established the recruitment infrastructure for the Kaiseraugst manufacturing and logistics hub.
