I am responsible to maintain the quality system (create and update processes, perform internal audits, solve system related tasks), perform customer specific process audits, product audits, handling and maintain system documentation and CSR

The company deals with design and manufacturing of door latches, BLDC motors and cooling fan modules for car industry. Tasks: Maintain and prepare the existing ISO TS 16949 system (internal audits, documentation system and process monitoring), reporting of company’s quality KPI (Key Process Indicators) and participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Processes).

The post has a comprehensive responsibility of production and product quality, 8D coordination, deviation management and internal audits.

Provide the manufacturing process control, process capability study, failure analysis. Participate in investigation of customer’s complains, keep records of measuring equipments and keep contact with customers and partners.

Manage the quality controllers and manufacturing process control, quality control of manufacturing and products. Provide the validation of measuring equipments, manage the customer’s complains (8D-report), maintain the related documentation (FMEA, CP) and take part in internal audits and customer audits.

Provision of operational and administrative tasks in Quality Assurance Department, making and processing documentation of quality management. Participate in the preparation of decisions.

Forward planning of production according to the deadlines and beginning of production (calculate the operation and lead time and capacity planning) in a load-oriented manufacturing system. Ensure the necessary production documentation. Use PPS-based production control software. Transport organization and keep contact with suppliers and customers.
