- Checking of products and providing declarations of compliance with directives, legislation's (RoHS, REACh, Conflict Minerals, ELV, GADSL, UNIFE etc) and customer specific requirements regarding restricted and prohibited substances. - Checking and approving the declarations of compliance received from the suppliers. - Creating and updating material data sheets in IMDS system. - Checking of the IMDS material data sheets received from the suppliers.

- LIMS Data verification and management; - Creation of LIMS certificate of conformity and analysis report models according to the specifications in place; - Writing and reviewing work instructions and specific procedures; - Providing training and support for all LIMS users and data maintainers; - Approval of LIMS users access requests.

- Administrative support for Laboratory Information Management System (LABC21) implementation project in the Quality Department; - Creation of specifications, tests and complex calculations into the system; - Writing and reviewing work instructions and specific procedures; - Providing training and support for all users.

Preparing recipes for teas and syrups, checking quality of raw materials and finished products, completion of certificates of analysis after verification of compliance with internal specifications, preparing compliance statements for finished products.

- Scheduling patients, registering them, providing information and cashing the money from patients. - Registering the medical recipes in the internal software.

Answering calls, providing support and information about the services offered by the company to customers and potential customers.
