Worked on a Onsite/Offshore model where I am looking after the recruitment for IT, Sales/Presales consultants in SCM vertical. Managing the full life cycle recruiting process. Recruitment as per RRF (Resource Requisition Form)/ SOW basis (Statement of Work) + buffer resources and forecasting. Rolling out a consistent process for hiring across the US regions.

Responsible to identify and establish contact with prospect client in United States and provide staffing Solution's to them. Responsible for identifying the client's needs for manpower resources and accordingly identifying suitable candidates for the client.
