Manging a complete supply chain right from purchase to production planning to logistics are my core areas of strength. Also being one of the core members of the team I am also handling our projects all over the world. This has increased my reach to the international sporting community.

Managed operative production planning for manufacuring of product. Assisted head of production to develop new procedures and testing infrastructure to improve production accuracy for certified medical product. Prototyped and researched for new products while training production personals. Managed inventory and required purchasing, receiving with supplier follow-up over 10000 Euros. Supported certification as medical device manufacturer according to ISO 13485.

Title: Enhancing Sport – Facilitating motion technique and performance training in elite sports with interpretation algorithms based on kinetic sensor insole data. Added new dimension to the existing structure by interpretation of data, visualisation charts and graphs working with professional soccer players of FC Ingolstadt, sports scientist and sports doctors.

Researched for improving physical performance by incremental step test and transition run in triathlon. Conducted slackline balance related studies using different protocols.

Conducted performance analysis of individual player & team for different playing conditions while working on their training & testing. Implemented sports marketing activities like promotional events,photoshoots, sponsored events, fan parks, player's outings for fan enagement events. Coordinated in gaining value added sponsorships for upcoming season and investigated of new partnership opportunities with famous brands. Supported in planning of merchandise sales
