Leveraging my expertise in corporate strategy and SaaS industry insights, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance our competitive positioning in the market.

As the CEO, I conceptualised and developed the GrillEye brand in less than 3 months in 2016, including international registrations, marketing materials, and product portfolios. We launched in more than 32 countries worldwide including USA, dethroning an established market leader. I accelerated cross-functional collaboration and cooperation from hardware to software engineers (Cloud, iOS, Android), to industrial designers and marketers, leading to a successful product launch in 3 months –an industry record.
