Responsible for negotiation and selection of technology vendors & strategic partners, executing an implementation of an ecosystem of full cloud solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, including NAXT and CE platform.

Leading customer relationship strategy of Global Mining Accounts, responsible for the negotiation and execution of large Product Support and Prime Product deals. Accountable for P&L of site-based project operations including a Large MARC contract of +300 machines, and a footprint of 1200+ people. Developed the Remote Condition Monitoring portfolio by integrating Services and the suite of Technology Enabled Solutions offerings.

Responsible for the definition and execution of the product support strategy of the dealership, deployed at our large mining customers’ operations, represented in seven open pit coal mines and two sea ports, executed by an organizational structure of more than 1800 people and a wide variety of parts and service agreements.
