We developed and maintained the local ERP solution Dimoni, and developed customer required tailor-made applications based on the Exact standard ERP (Globe and Dimoni) and e-Business (e-Synergy) products as well as integrations with third party applications. I managed the customer support service for the Spanish subsidiaries of multinationals using Exact Products. Reporting to Exact Spain’s Director, I was responsible for: • Managing a team of 4 support consultants; • Assuring a high quality support service for our customers; • Identifying and reporting the product related bugs to the corporate development team; • Localizing Exact Globe to the Spanish accounting legislation.

Implementing Exact products at various divisions of big multinational companies like L'Òreal (Puerto Rico, South Africa, Dubai, Morocco), Ciba Vision (South Africa, India, Thailand), DSM (USA, Europe), etc.
