Giorgos Rontogiannis

My postgraduate course was specialized in the synthetic strategies in generating drugs as well as their potency's optimization. It was also focused on the identification of genes associated with a wide range of inherited disorders and cancers. Undergoing my dissertation thesis the last three months I managed to expand my knowledge in organic synthesis and obtain experience involving purification, separation and analytical techniques in order to actualize it.

Throughout my internship in CNR, I developed a significant chemical and technician experience as well as I improved my communication skills and my adjustment in the laboratory. I also obtained an essential experience in biotechnology as well as in experimental design increasing my confidence to adjust to various environments.

Working for Korres-Natural Products I gained valuable experience relating to homeopathetics' development and regulatory afffairs. This placed me in good stead for a pharma-industry career which would provide me the knowledge and expertise to further my development and improve my technical skills.
