Project leader and R&D consultant.

Work was focusing on development and implementation of advanced control and simulation techniques, algorithms and strategies for applications in hybrid vehicle technologies. Applications range from battery simulators, battery testers and testbeds to electric motor testbeds, hardware in the loop (HIL) testing solutions and vehicle dynamic simulation.

Work included modeling, simulation and development of advanced control approaches for powertrain testbeds and internal combustion engine test systems. As a member of the AVL team, I did consultancy work for General Motors in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA and for John Deere in Mannheim, Germany. Major costumer orientated projects involve development work for Porsche AG and General Motors.

An extensive research on nonlinear modelling for control was completed. Twenty-two high quality research publications have risen from this work. Two years of lecturing and five years of laboratory practicals were given on the university level.

Part time work at the local TV station, as a video and sound engineer, followed by camera operator, light operator, audio-video editor, music video director and a talk-show host.
