As a co-owner, I am responsible for the consulting activities in Switzerland and product management for our security monitoring solutions. Launched a version one product and created positioning and messaging.

Developed and communicated product definition and strategy, establishing product positioning and market messages for the Access Insight product. Driving the project goals and success criteria throughout the project lifecycle in conjunction with marketing, engineering and existing client base. Developed a successful integration roadmap for the Bay31 technology into the Access Insight product line.

Developed consulting activities around GRC, SAP security and Identity Management of Secude Global Consulting on the swiss market. Responsible for business development, sales and account management. Helped secure multiple blue chip clients in the swiss market. Managed a team of ten consultants.

As the GRC Lead Switzerland, I helped develop the swiss GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) practice from the ground up. This included coordinating swiss activities with EMEA and global GRC initiatives from the company, create sales tools including presentations, sales sheets, whitepapers and coordinate the scheduling of field consulting resources and assist them in preparing statements of work for new project activities.

Worked as a technical subject matter expert on several projects first for SAP Security and IAM (Identity and Access Management ), later for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance on process controls and internal control systems.

Reengineering of a home-grown legal department solution. This included gathering of new requirements and implementing the changes by programming the database backend (SQL and C) and the application front-end (PowerBuilder).
