As a freelance business strategy consultant, I am dedicated to helping my clients make intelligent strategic decisions. In this role I have assisted multiple renewable energy clients, from early phase start-ups to decades-old family businesses, develop their growth strategy.

Created investor documentation including liquidity plan, pitch decks, introduction emails, etc. Analyzed market, performed competitor analysis, and developed market and product strategy. Developed sales strategy, pitch deck, and trainings. Wrote communications copy including English-language website. Spearheaded start-up competition strategy and applications.

As one of the first employees, I had the opportunity to build out a number of special projects including: lead identification, outreach strategy, policy development, platform development, and competitive analysis. I built the external-facing training website and developed all content. I leveraged data to develop strategic insights to inform intelligent outreach and increase partner retention.

Promoted to testing lead to direct efforts of team of 6+ resources in US & India. Created and maintained resource test loading and schedule. Lead team to achieve deadlines and benchmarks for product and integration test (over 2,000 scripts) for 6 country region. Controlled and managed delays, defects, and scope creep. Reported status to ensure transparency.
