As a network and system administrator I have to maintain all our systems and ensure that each working station is ready for each one of our designers users to create all the content. We work using in an Apple environment and a few windows machines, and I also have to ensure that the network traffic is balanced and we can connect to the servers, backup our projects as required. In addition to that I also have to handle all the hardware moving and room IT hardware configuration.

Profiler is a Consulting & Staffing Solutions company in charge of provide consultancy and support services in the areas of Information Technology, Aerospace Engineering and Product design. Since my incorporation to Profiler, my role was divided in two different fields, network administraation and Account manager of one of the clients of Profiler.

In the "Universidad Pontificia Comillas" was my first working experience in which I have worked as a Network technician providing technical support for applications and personal computers to end users in both buildings of the university (ICAI & ICADE) as well as to the students with the shared printers.
