- Responsible for order entry and management, fulfillment process and follow up, maintain high business standards and continuity for Key customers / high revenue customers across multiple segments of PU (components, PU/PO PG - DBL ) for France, DACH and others (UK, Nothern Europe, BENELUX) - Portfolio monthly average : 160 orders / month - 9 M. €/ month - Strengthening customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence

Responsible for the quality control of the main product as well as several others. Through the collection of product samples and their analysis in the laboratory in other to verify whether they are in line with the quality standards.

Responsible for the quality control of all Eurobahn trains in Northrhein-Westfalia and for the brainstorming of methods and strategies necessary to ensure that Eurobahn trains are in line with quality standards.
