Provided planning and management for activities of Field Technical Marketing Specialists, Technical Assistance, Customer Service, and training center, aligning activities with corporate objectives. Responsible for developing and executing national and international distributor support plans for all product releases. Led and managed cross functional projects in support of sales and customer support activities.

Managed the US Western territory providing training and field troubleshooting to Nanogen’s electronic microarray users. Technical and marketing liaison for Asian distributors and presented competition and customer voice to R&D and marketing teams.

Member of multiple research projects, developing molecular testing on an electronic microarray. Built a large inventory of microorganisms and set up the Biolevel II lab at Nanogen.
